PHYSICAL SECURITY

Physical Security

Cameras, access control and alarm integration laid out around your site, your liability and who on staff is allowed where.

Choose Your Setup

Commercial camera systems, access control, and alarm integration — designed around your site layout, liability exposure, and staff access levels.

Home camera systems and access control installed and hardened — you own the footage, stored on your property, not on someone else's server.

SCOPE OF WORK

What's Included

Site walk & camera plan

We walk the ground with you and mark every approach, blind spot and choke point before anything gets ordered. Long driveways and tree cover change where a camera actually earns its keep.

IP cameras, properly aimed

PoE cameras on wired runs wherever a wire can be pulled, with lens choice matched to the distance you actually need to identify somebody — not just see that "someone" was there.

Local recording you own

An NVR on your property with the storage sized to the retention you ask for. Footage stays on the box. No vendor subscription stands between you and your own video.

Access control

Keypad, fob or mobile-credential locks on the doors that matter, with access levels and an audit trail of who opened what and when.

Alarm & sensor integration

Door, window, motion and gate sensors tied in so an event can trigger recording, lighting and a notification instead of just a noise.

Lighting & deterrence

Motion lighting and signage placed to work with the camera plan. Most of rural security is making the easy approach the lit one.

Hand-off and training

You get a labelled diagram of every camera and run, the login, and a walkthrough of pulling and exporting clips yourself — including for a deputy or an insurer.

TARGET PROFILE

Who It's For

For Business

  • Shops, garages, yards and offices where stock or equipment sits outside overnight.
  • Sites with staff turnover, where keys going missing means re-keying the building.
  • Operations with an insurance or liability requirement to document access and incidents.
  • Anyone who needs footage that will actually hold up when an adjuster or a prosecutor asks for it.

For Home / Personal

  • Homes set back off the road, at the head of a holler, or with a long shared driveway.
  • Property owners dealing with trespass, dumping, stray livestock or a neighbour dispute.
  • Anybody who wants coverage of a barn, shop, gate or outbuilding that has no cell signal.
  • Families who do not want a camera company holding the only copy of their video.
SEQUENCE

How a Job Runs

No guesswork and no surprise invoices. Every job runs through the same five steps, and you see what we found before you spend anything on hardware.

01

Assess

We walk the property, note approaches, power, existing wiring and signal, and ask what you actually need to be able to prove.

02

Propose

A written plan: camera count and placement, what hardware, where the recorder lives, retention in days, and the price. Nothing ordered until you say so.

03

Install

Wired runs where we can pull them, mounts set for the weather, cable protected and labelled, recorder set up on your network.

04

Verify

We test every camera day and night, confirm recording and retention, confirm remote access works, and walk you through exporting a clip yourself.

05

Support

You call the person who installed it. Firmware, retention changes, storms, added cameras later — same number.

QUESTIONS WE GET

Straight Answers

Will cameras even work out here? We barely have signal.
Yes. The recorder is local, so the system does not need internet to record — it needs internet only for you to watch remotely. Where cell and DSL are weak we size storage up and keep review local, and we can look at a point-to-point wireless link between buildings.
Who can see my footage?
You. The recorder is on your property and the video stays on it. We do not keep a copy, we do not route it through a cloud account we control, and we will show you exactly what is and is not reachable from outside your network.
What happens when the power goes out?
We can put the recorder and the network gear on a UPS so it keeps recording through the short outages. For long outages we will tell you plainly what the system will and will not do rather than overselling it.
Can I get at the video myself if something happens?
That is part of the hand-off. You will know how to find a time range, review it and export a clip to a USB stick or a file you can hand to a deputy or an insurer, without calling us first.
Do you charge a monthly fee?
Not for the system to function. A local system records with no subscription. If you want us to carry ongoing support or periodic check-ups, that is a separate agreement you can start or stop without the cameras going dark.
Can you work with cameras I already bought?
Often, yes — bring us the model numbers. If a unit is a known problem (hard-coded passwords, mandatory vendor cloud, no firmware updates) we will say so and tell you why rather than quietly wiring it in.
